The term FISTING conjures up a lot of preconceived images in one’s mind.
It’s often one of disgust and in many instances, humour.
Let’s put the fiction aside and look at the facts.
Exactly what is Fisting?
Fisting has a number of alternative names including; fist fucking or handballing and is a sexual act which involves a person inserting their whole hand or fist into the vagina or anus of a another person.
How?
Even though the name suggests a fist is involved, insertion does not necessarily come about by way of clenched fist
Often fingers are inserted one at a time until the whole hand is in, then the hand balls up and forms a fist once inside.
Duck billing is another popular technique. This is when the person delivering the fisting, shapes their hand to resemble the shape of a duck’s beak and is then inserted slowly. Again, once inside the fist can be formed then the fisting motion can occur.
