To be a Kittenfish, you are simply someone that has portrayed or implied an image of yourself on dating apps and sites that is so very different to what and/or who you really are today.
For example, unlike a Catfish, a Kittenfisher would use a heavily edited, photoshopped, tweaked picture of themselves rather than a picture of a random model or somebody else they deem as more attractive.
Often, a Kittenfish may not even realise what they’re doing is actually Kittenfishing…
Imagine that shortish guy that claims he is 6ft when really he’s 5ft 6 inches – that’s a form of Kittenfishing…exaggerating or outright lying!!
