Since Mel filed for divorce, Stephen claims he has been unable to afford a place of his own and has filed legal documents claiming Mel is being purposely difficult regarding the selling of their marital home which would put some money in his pocket and allow him to stop surfing on friend’s couches!
Stephen is also claiming spousal support as he reckons the comfortable lifestyle he has become accustomed to living, should be maintained!
Mel has alleged numerous claims that Stephen assaulted her over their 10 year marriage as well as forcing her into threesomes.
Stephen strongly denies these allegations.
