Ozzy Osbourne is never one for making the headlines for something, let’s say…charitable is he?
From eating a live bat to battling his drug demons, Ozzy is no stranger to ‘bad’ press!
Following allegations that he had cheated with celebrity hairdresser; Michelle Pugh – Sharon, his wife of 34 years left him in May.
Ozzy has since undergone ‘intense therapy’ for sex addiction according to a statement released by his representatives.
Apparently, Ozzy has been battling sex addiction for the last 6 years and the exposing of his relationship outside of his marriage, is what has brought everything to the fore.
To support claims that he is indeed a sex addict, in the statement, Ozzy addressed Michelle’s comments about him making her feel beautiful by stating; “I’m sorry if Ms Pugh took our sexual relationship out of context,”
He also referenced the other women he had been carrying on with saying; “I’d also like to apologise to the other women I have been having sexual relationships with. Out of the bad comes good. Since the press exposed this, I have gone into intense therapy. I am mortified at what my behaviour has done to my family. I thank God that my incredible wife is at my side to support me.”
Let’s hope Ozzy gets the help he clearly needs!
