What happens when two hiking enthusiasts meet and fall in love?
They get married suspended in mid-air of course!
Well, that’s what happened when devout hikers; Zehdir and Reshma from Kolhapur, India decided to tie the knot.
Both opted to wed in traditional Indian wedding attire but agreed to have the ceremony take place whilst they were suspended 90 meters in the air.
This was their way of honouring the way they first met and fell in love!
Kind of sweet really…
But what about the guests?
They remained on the ground to watch the ceremony (thank goodness)!
The groom was quoted to have said; I wanted to make my wedding different.
Different indeed!
